Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Timeline
Our return window is strictly 2 days from the date you receive your item. Any return or exchange request made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, email us at mavenoakley@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
4. Return Collection & Shipping
- Once the return is approved, we will arrange pickup via our courier partner.
- Please ensure you pack the item securely in its original packaging.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in pristine condition, we will process your refund within 72 hours.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method, except for COD orders (see below).
6. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
- If you paid via COD, refunds will be issued via bank transfer only.
- The bank account must be in the same name as the customer who placed the order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order details. We'll assess the issue and assist you with either a replacement or refund promptly.
8. Exchanges
- We don’t offer direct exchanges.
- The quickest way to get your desired item is to return the original, and once approved, place a new order for the replacement.
